Cancellation :
You must contact directly the Spa for any cancellation.
The appointment must be cancelled 6 hours in advance otherwise the totality of your care will be charged.
Appointments :
We recommand you to show 10mn in advance in order to enjoy your treatment in full.
In case of any delay, your treatment will be shortened.

Changing Room :
Please use the locker room for your valuables.
The Hotel Guanahani & Spa is not responsible for any lost item.
Mobile Phones :
Your cellular phone has to be put off when you enter the Spa.
Smoking :
Smoking is forbidden in the Spa area.
Age :
The minimum age required is 16 years old for the Spa area and Spa treatments.
Health :
Before your first appointment, we ask you to take 15 minutes more to fill in a form about your state of health.
