Arrived in St Barth in 1995, the Executive Chief from Nice - France,  made the Hotel Guanahani's kitchens his playground, inventing new recipes daily inspirations French, Japanese or Italian. Philippe Masseglia is the Executive Chef of all Restaurants. The head of both Indigo and Bartolomeo is Nicola De Marchi.
